Brandacy: From GoDaddy Verified to GoDaddy Recommended Agency Partner

Ask any B2B marketer what actually drives a good lead generation program, and most will start with strategy: the targeting, the messaging, and the outreach. Ask what quietly determines whether that strategy ever gets a fair shot, and the answer changes. It comes down to infrastructure: the domain, the hosting, the website, and the email systems working in the background that nobody thinks about until something goes wrong.

That’s the side of the business we’ve been steadily investing in. Brandacy is now a GoDaddy Recommended Agency Partner, building on our journey as a GoDaddy Verified Agency Partner. We want to use this space to tell you exactly what that progression means, not just announce it and move on.

Brandacy didn’t begin as a lead generation company. We started as a full-service digital agency offering SEO, content, design, social media, and paid advertising. Over time, we narrowed because the work that consistently mattered most to our B2B clients was filling the pipeline. Everything else became a means to that end. This partnership follows the same logic: it strengthens the infrastructure that the pipeline depends on.

Why Brandacy Became a GoDaddy Agency Partner

Strategy, targeting, and messaging only get a campaign so far. The rest depends on the systems behind it: a domain configured correctly, email infrastructure set up to actually reach inboxes, hosting that holds up when a campaign sends traffic, and a website that loads when a prospect finally clicks.

Previously, those responsibilities were often spread across separate providers, separate accounts, and separate support lines. That made it harder to maintain a clear view of the systems supporting a client’s growth and harder to get a fast answer when one of them failed mid-campaign. Our relationship with GoDaddy consolidates that foundation behind a provider that already supports millions of businesses.

The GoDaddy Agency Partner Program includes agency tools, client referral opportunities, dedicated support resources, and access to priority WordPress support for qualifying partners. It also enables GoDaddy to refer customers to agencies when it cannot provide the required services directly.

For clients, the practical benefit is simple: fewer disconnected vendors and one team accountable for both the strategy and the infrastructure behind it.

From Verified to Recommended

A GoDaddy Verified Agency
Partner
is an agency that has been accepted into the GoDaddy Agency Partner Program and met the requirements for that recognition. Brandacy started there. Recommended Agency Partner is the next step in that journey, reflecting a deeper relationship with the GoDaddy partner ecosystem and continued activity within the program. It isn’t a form we filled in once. It’s a progression.

It means Brandacy has a direct, working relationship with GoDaddy and access to real partner resources, which we use to manage client infrastructure with more precision and accountability. The Recommended designation builds on the foundation we established as a Verified Agency Partner.

What This Means for Your Pipeline

The infrastructure your campaigns actually run on

Lead generation is the work. Everything below keeps that work running.

An outbound program lives or dies on sending infrastructure. A paid campaign is only as good as the page it lands on. A domain misconfiguration can quietly suppress deliverability for weeks before anyone traces the drop back to its cause. As a GoDaddy Recommended Agency Partner, our team can manage that layer directly rather than filing a ticket and waiting:

  • Domain setup, DNS, and ongoing management
  • Business email and sending infrastructure
  • Landing page and campaign site performance
  • Uptime and technical monitoring during active campaigns

When a campaign underperforms, the first question is whether the strategy is wrong or the plumbing is. Managing both sides means we can investigate the issue faster and determine whether the problem is strategic or technical.

Client opportunities that come back the other way

The relationship works in both directions. The GoDaddy Agency Partner Program can provide client referrals to participating agencies, including Recommended Agency Partners, matching opportunities with an agency’s services and areas of expertise, including cases where GoDaddy cannot deliver the required services directly.

For a lead generation agency, being on the receiving end of a referral program is not a footnote. It gives us another potential source of relevant business opportunities from a provider that understands the services agencies offer. It does not change our approach to lead generation or our responsibility to recommend what is right for each client.

Website management, in support of the above

Website work is real work we sell, and it is also what keeps the campaign layer standing up. GoDaddy Pro, known as The Hub, gives our team a central workspace across the sites we look after, bringing together site management, monitoring, backups, security checks, performance checks, reports, cloning, and migration workflows.

Depending on the hosting setup and the services enabled for a particular website, The Hub can help us:

  • Monitor website status
  • Schedule or access backups
  • Review security and performance checks
  • Manage updates across multiple websites
  • Clone or migrate websites
  • Prepare client reports

These tools support our work, but they do not replace judgment. Every website still needs decisions based on its technology, business goals, and risk profile.

A more direct route to technical support

The GoDaddy Agency Partner Program offers qualifying partners a clearer route to support resources, including priority WordPress support and a dedicated agency success function.

This does not mean every technical issue will be resolved instantly or that all hosting issues receive the same treatment. It does mean Brandacy has a more appropriate support route for the agency-managed websites and infrastructure we look after. That helps us investigate issues more efficiently and coordinate with the right provider when something breaks mid-campaign.

What Stays the Same

Brandacy remains host-agnostic.

Being an agency partner does not make us a GoDaddy sales team. We continue to recommend infrastructure based on the project. Some clients may need GoDaddy hosting or managed WordPress. Others may have compliance requirements, technical applications, or existing enterprise arrangements that make a different provider more suitable. The right infrastructure depends on your business, not on our partner status.

You retain full ownership.

Your domain remains yours. Your website remains yours. Your hosting account and business data remain subject to the ownership and access arrangements agreed with you. Delegated access allows Brandacy to manage services on your behalf. It is not ownership, and you can change or revoke access.

Our service pricing stays the same.

The partnership does not change Brandacy’s project rates, retainers, or service scopes. Hosting, domain, WordPress, and other third-party product costs will depend on the product, term, and account arrangement. We will make those costs clear before we change or purchase anything.

Do You Need to Move Your Website?

No. Existing websites don’t need to move to GoDaddy. If your current hosting arrangement is working well, we continue working with it exactly as is with your hosting provider, and recommend a change only when there is a practical reason to do so.

A move may be worth considering when:

  • Your current hosting is creating recurring technical problems
  • Your website needs a different WordPress or hosting setup
  • You want Brandacy to manage more of the infrastructure
  • You are launching a new website or rebuilding an existing one
  • Your current domain, hosting, or email management is fragmented

Any migration is treated as a deliberate project decision, not an automatic result of this partnership.

What Clients Need to Do

For most clients, nothing changes immediately. If you are planning a new campaign, a website migration, or a lead generation program, the partnership gives us another set of tools and support resources to bring into that work. If we recommend a change, we will explain what is changing, why it may help, and what it will cost before proceeding.

Does my website have to move to GoDaddy?

No. We remain host-agnostic and recommend the setup that fits your project.

You do, subject to the ownership and account arrangements in place for your services. Partner access is delegated management access, not ownership.

GoDaddy Pro, known as The Hub, is a central dashboard for web professionals. It helps agencies manage multiple client websites and access tools for monitoring, backups, security, performance, updates, and migration projects.

Not automatically. Product pricing depends on the service and account terms. Brandacy’s own service pricing remains unchanged unless a separate scope or proposal says otherwise.

Yes. We can assess the website, hosting, domain, and email requirements and recommend whether a migration is appropriate. The process and scope will depend on the website’s technology and complexity.
