Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
Is this appointment setting, or something bigger?
Appointment setting is one part. The full system covers research, multi-channel outreach, qualification, and a structured handoff to your sales team — so what lands on the calendar is worth your reps’ time.
Do you run outbound only, or inbound too?
Both. Part of the first call is telling you which one fits your business right now — and if the honest answer is inbound first, that’s the answer you’ll get.
How do you protect our sender reputation?
Deliverability is designed in, not repaired after: verified lists, warmed sending domains, volume limits, and consent practices that hold up under scrutiny. The full approach is on our Anti-Spam Compliance page.
How long before we see results?
Outbound ramps in phases. The first one to two weeks are infrastructure: domain setup and warm-up, list building, and message drafts. The following three to four weeks are testing — which segments respond, which messages earn replies. Qualified meetings build from there, once the system has data behind it. We’ll put a specific timeline against your ICP and channel mix on the first call.
Who runs our outreach — people or software?
People. A dedicated lead generation specialist owns your account; humans write the messages and make the calls. Tools support the research and reporting, but the judgment — what to say, who to prioritise — stays human.
What do you need from us to get started?
Three things: clarity on your ICP, or a working hypothesis we can pressure-test; a domain to send from, or the go-ahead to set one up; and a sales team ready to take the meetings we hand off.
How is Brandacy different from other B2B lead generation agencies?
Most sell volume. We build a system — and we’d rather send fewer emails to the right people than more to the wrong ones, because the metric that matters is qualified pipeline, not activity.
